Frequently asked questions
Which ECUs are supported?
The library covers a growing range of brands, models and ECUs. Open your file and X-TuneEditor matches it automatically; if your ECU is not covered yet, request it from inside the editor.
What if my ECU is not in the library?
Send a calibration request from inside the editor. Once we add it to the library, it becomes available to you automatically.
Can I move my licence to a new computer?
Yes. Contact us and we will transfer your licence to the new machine.
What is Smart Tuning?
Smart Tuning suggests coordinated changes across related maps based on the matched calibration. It is included in the Advanced Plus plan.
How do I buy or renew?
Online checkout is coming soon. In the meantime, contact us and we will set up your licence.
